The Sugarless Trial

Dear Friends,
Gus agreed to do up to three spankings a day in support of my effort to stop using sugar.  It worked for the several days we did it.  Well, it worked in the sense that I didn't use sugar and I got spanked a lot. 

It did not work for me to lose any weight.  So, Sunday we talked about it and decided to stop both the multiple daily spankings and my avoidance of all sugar.  Both of us want to start a real diet.  He is interested in a low carb approach and I will probably fall back on my tried and true point counting.  We haven't started  yet.  Unfortunately, that translated to my using a bit too much sugar yesterday, but now I'm ready to go with moderation.

Meanwhile, back on the spanking track... I loved being spanked that much.  Yes, my bottom was bruised and very sore, but it was well worth it.  I always felt closer to Gus after each spanking.  I cried almost every time.  Finally, after about four day of this, I got a particularly hard spanking and did not cry.  Then I asked for twenty more with the bath brush, ten per cheek.  He agreed and did not hold back.  Wow, that hurt, but the release was fantastic.  I felt euphoric.  Wonderful.

I think I've only had one or two spankings since then.  It is probably good to take a bit of a break now. Yes, it is true that the more spanking you get the more leathery your bottom becomes, but it was really fun to be able to take such hard spankings.

I wouldn't be surprised if we return to a two-a-day or three-a-day schedule again once in a while, for a few days at a time.  It did me a world of good.

I LOVE sweets. They are my biggest culinary weakness. I was never able to give up sugar. I also really sucked at dieting as a whole.

I only recently (the past few months) found a diet that I could actually incorporate into my lifestyle. I haven't had sugar in over three months. It's pretty fringey-- but we all have to find what works for us, and it's generally something different than what works for the guy/gal next to us-- in my experience.

When I'm dying for something sweet I use dates or agave-- I can't stomach Stevia.

Anyhow, I was fat growing up-- weight struggles are something quite personal. I admire that you and Gus are working through things with dedication together. Best of luck!

How about only getting spankings if you have not eaten any sugar that day/week/month? What you tried was simply rewarding eating sugar, wasn't it?

No. I never had a single bit of sugar when I was getting two or three spankings a day. They were reminder spankings and worked great.
